Refund Policy

At Being Lumen, we are committed to offering high-quality breathwork and meditation experiences in a way that feels respectful, clear, and sustainable for everyone. The following policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking sessions, workshops, and subscriptions with us.

​

Workshops and One-to-One Sessions

Cancellations and Refunds:

​

  • You may cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the session or workshop has not yet taken place.

​

  • After the 14-day period, refunds are only available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session or event.

​

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.

​

Rescheduling:

​

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.  We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

​

Subscriptions

Refunds:

​

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

​

  • After 14 days, no refunds are available, but you may cancel at any time.

​

Cancellations:

​

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

​

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before your renewal date.

​

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may still result in one final charge, after which your subscription will end.

​

  • Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the final breathwork journey you’ve paid for until the end of that billing period.

​

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

​

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted services

  • Completed or partially completed sessions

​

If We Cancel or Reschedule

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
